- Personalized/Engraved Items: Custom items require more detailed work and may take 5-10 business days to create before shipping.

Once your order leaves our workshop, here is when you can expect it to arrive:
- United States: 3-5 business days.
- Canada, UK & Europe: 5-10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7-14 business day
